The model item passed into the dictionary is of type 'CryoSave.Models.cs_partner', but this dictionary requires a model item of type 'CryoSave.ViewModels.EditHospitalClinicsModel'.

I'm working in MVC4. when i edit my application page i have this error. its very simple.
